How do I book?

Email us with you desire dates of reservation and we will proceed inmediately. The booking confirmation will be given via an email sent to the email address you specify. Should you not receive that email confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible: info@hoteldeadsea.com

How long does it take to receive a response to my booking?

We will the most to confirm your reservation in 24 hours business time. You must consider that in holidays or religious dates it could be take 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

What is the payament method?

You can pay trough a money transfer, with a credit card or giving us a credit card as a guarantee and you can pay with cash at the hotel. Prices and rooms availability are not guaranteed until the online payment or guarantee has beens received.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Your credit card will be automatically charged in full before arrival. If reservation is cancelled: 48 – 72 hours before arrival we will charge 50% of the reservation. 7 days – 72 hours before arrival we will charge 40% of the reservation. 7 days – 14 days before arrival we will charge 30% of the reservation . 14 days – 21 days before arrival we will charge 25% of the reservation. 21 days – 30 days before arrival we will charge 15% of the reservation .
Reservations that has been canceled, will be refunded to clients credit card will be charged with either 35.00 us dollars, or 3.5% of the total charge of reservation.
No Shows / Cancellations during the stay – if the client doesn’t arrive to hotel or changes the reservation during the stay there will be no refund.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?

If special requests are accepted by the property, a section will appear on the Reservation Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability.

Three Stars Hotel

All of the three stars hotel offer standard and deluxe rooms. The hotels usually feature medium-sized restaurants that typically offer Isreli breakfast included on rack rate. Room service availability may vary. Valet parking, fitness centers and pools are often provided.

Four Stars Hotel

All of the Four Stars Hotels have smart reception areas, front desk service and bellhop service. The level of service is well above average and the rooms are well lit and well furnished. Restaurant dining is usually available and may include more than one choice. Some properties will offer continental breakfast and/or happy hour delicacies. Room service is usually available during most hours. Valet parking and/or garage service is also usually available. Concierge services, fitness centers and one or more pools are often provided.

Five Stars Hotel

Almost all the Five Stars Hotel offer the highest level of accommodations and services. The properties offer a high degree of personal service. Although most five star hotels are large properties, sometimes the small independent (non-chain) property offers an elegant intimacy that can not be achieved in the larger setting. The amenities often include: VCR?s, CD stereos, garden tubs or Jacuzzis, in-room video library, heated pools and more. The hotels feature up to three restaurants all with exquisite menus. Room service is usually available 24 hours a day. Fitness Centers and valet and/or garage parking are typically available. A concierge is also available to assist you.
